Click Hospitality Group
Great hotels for small-town America.
We acquire, reinvest in, and operate independent hotels across the Midwest and South, run by people who live in the towns they welcome you to.
Who we are
Hospitality, owned like a neighbor and run like a company.
Click Hospitality Group operates from the Dakota plains to the Alabama hills. Where national chains see markets too small to matter, we see towns that deserve a good hotel. So we buy the tired property by the highway, renovate it room by room, and staff it with people who live twenty minutes away.
Every reservation runs through our own booking engine, direct and commission-free: the agency markup a guest would normally pay stays in their pocket, and in the town.
What we do
We're in the business of reinvention
We don't simply acquire hotels. We transform them, and every property follows the same playbook, from research to relaunch.
Research
We find the hotels worth saving
It starts with homework: we study the small towns the chains ignore, walk every room of the tired property by the highway, and read every review before we sign anything.
What we find: tired, but worth it
Acquire + Renovate
We buy it and rebuild it, bones first
Plumbing, HVAC, drywall, beds, lighting, signage. And not just the rooms: the service gets rebuilt too. Local staff keep their jobs, get real training and a real budget.
Room by room, wall by wall
Reopen
Same room, one reinvention apart
Drag the slider. This is the standard every property reopens at: fresh rooms, honest rates, a trained team at the desk, and direct booking switched on.
A new face for the town
The reviews tell the rest
When the porch light comes back on, the town notices, and so do the guests. Same property, one reinvention apart.
“The carpet was filthy and stained, the room was dirty, the comforters stained… Never, ever again.”
“New owners! They took great care of us, extremely kind, friendly, and accommodating. They're updating the place a lot… Rooms were pleasant and clean. I would stay here again. The price is right! Good value!”

Our culture
People first. Town always.
We measure success in returning guests and returning staff. When we take over a hotel, the housekeepers keep their jobs, the manager gets a budget, and the building gets the renovation it waited a decade for.
“They bought the hotel, kept all of us, and finally fixed the roof. The town noticed.”Front desk manager, Minnesota property
