Click Hospitality Group, LLC (“Click Inns,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This is a plain-language summary of what we collect on clickinns.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and your choices. Our hotels are located in the United States and this Site is intended for a U.S. audience.
What we collect
- Information you give us — when you use our contact form or on-site assistant (your name, email, and message), or when you provide your mobile number for text messaging.
- Usage data — basic technical and analytics data such as device, browser, pages viewed, and referring links. Our click tracking stores IP addresses only in a one-way hashed form and never keeps your raw IP.
- Marketing attribution — which link or campaign referred you, so we can measure our marketing (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use it
To answer your inquiries and send them to the right hotel, to run and improve the Site, to understand how it’s used, to send text messages to people who have opted in, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us operate the Site, under agreements that limit their use of your data: Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) for analytics, BookingCenter for reservations and payments, Cloudflare for security, Twilio for delivering text messages, and our hosting and email providers. We may also disclose information if required by law. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in and consent information are excluded from this: they are never sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS and text messaging
Our text messaging program is operated by Evansville Investments LLC, a Click Hospitality Group, LLC company that operates the Click Inns hotels. If you provide your mobile number, or text the keyword START to +1 (651) 424-1685, you may receive SMS text messages from Evansville Investments LLC at that number — for example operational, service, and staff-coordination messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, opt-in, or consent data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Full messaging terms are in our Terms.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop analytics or marketing tracking — just contact us. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be treated differently for exercising them; and since we don’t sell personal information, no “Do Not Sell” step is needed. Residents of other U.S. states with privacy laws have comparable rights.
Keeping your data and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable measures to protect it. No payment card data is collected on this Site — that is handled entirely by BookingCenter’s secure platform. The Site is intended for adults and not for children under 13.
